Recipe – Seven Can Vegan Chili

Seven Can Vegan Chili (from Jim Rose)
1 pkg Fantastic Taco Filling (no substitutes)
1 pkg Taco spice
All cans are 14.5oz size
1-2 cans red beans washed and drained
1-2 cans black beans washed and drained
1-2 cans kernel corn washed and drained
1-2 cans diced tomato
1-2 cans other? garbanzo beans, potatoes?
1-2 cans V8 juice (or equivalent)

Prepare the Taco Filling as directed.
Dump the contents of the cans into a large pot.
Add the Taco Spice.
Add the Taco Filling.

Stir and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
It’s better if it sits overnight to let the beans absorb the flavors.
